Also the power button doesn't always start the netbook, but when it does it is stable. The blue power light on the switch comes on, a gentle hum starts, power and wi-fi lights flick on. The netbook is plugged into the wall, battery removed and turned on. I am trying to repair an old Asus EEE PC R101 for my girlfriend before she leaves the country and I have an interesting problem. I was wondering if you could help me out with a little repair job I'm doing at the moment.
